Last updated 4 November 2026
Impact Agency (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Who we are
Impact Agency is a sports management and consulting company. If you have a question about this policy or your personal information, email us at hello@impactagency.global.
What we collect
Contact forms: your first and last name, email address, subject and message.
Newsletter sign-up: your email address.
Website use: technical information such as your browser, device, the pages you visit and your approximate location, collected by our website platform through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry and talk about working together. We rely on our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or on taking steps you have asked for before entering into a contract.
To send you news and updates if you sign up. We rely on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us.
To keep the website secure and working well. We rely on our legitimate interest in running a reliable website.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Our website runs on Squarespace, which stores form submissions and newsletter sign-ups on our behalf. Our forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block spam, so Google processes information about your device and how you use the form. These providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as standard contractual clauses.
We may also share information with our professional advisers, or where the law requires us to.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows. We keep your newsletter email address until you unsubscribe.
Cookies
Squarespace sets cookies that the website needs to work, and may set analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@impactagency.global and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
